"Let us become the change we seek in the world."

Civil Leader (1869 - 1948)

What is a coach?

Coaching is a process through which executives are helped to improve their performance and personal effectiveness while reducing stress. Our program offers the rare opportunity to stand back and to take a fresh look at the experience and assumptions of a lifetime.

The coach offers direction and assistance, but the choice rests with the individual. It is he or she that discovers the self-knowledge which forms the foundation for continued growth.

Are you in the RAT RACE???

Most times people are too busy doing what is in front of them to get through the day and don’t take the time to improve themselves. AND sometimes people take what they have for granted until it is GONE.

That is dangerous and it is a trap! In fact, it is the rat race. Synergetic Resources wants to help you get out of the rat race and use more of what you have to offer. The best way we can do this is through individual coaching.

Through our coaching process, we provide individuals with a partner who will help them to accomplish more in their personal and professional lives. We help clients overcome their obstacles to success and achievement, clearly define goals, develop a plan for achieving their goals, and provide the accountability source to ensure the plan is implemented.

Our coaching process involves:

  • Clearly defining personal and professional goals
  • Understanding the impact that the person’s behavioral style, values and personal competencies have on their success
  • Defining the key gaps in skills and attitudes that are a barrier to success
  • Developing and improving skills that are a barrier
  • Changing personal attitudes that are a barrier

"Executives and HR managers know coaching is the most potent tool for inducing lasting personal change." -- Ivy Business Journal

"Executive coaches are not for the meek. They're for people who value unambiguous feedback. All coaches have one thing in common; it's that they are ruthlessly results-oriented." --FAST COMPANY Magazine.

Bob Nardelli (CEO of Home Depot) believes that without a coach, people "will NEVER reach their maximum capabilities".
